Twindo Sales Enablement
One-pagers, guides, and deck systems that let Twindo's sales team tell a consistent story across every vertical they sell into.

Overview
Twindo sells into very different rooms: architects, hospitality groups, quick-service restaurant chains, multi-site retail operators. Each needs the same product explained with different proof. Rather than designing a new leave-behind every time a rep asked, I built a layout system where structure, type and imagery stay fixed and only the proof points change.
The prices printed on these sheets match the app’s checkout screen exactly. Keeping collateral and product in sync is unglamorous, and it is the difference between a brand and a deck.
Vertical one-pagers
The core of the kit. Each one-pager keeps a common spine, product explanation, workflow, and proof, while swapping in the language and imagery of its industry.
I accelerated the process further by uploading these designs and building a one-pager-specific design system within Claude Design. The system captured the structure, visual language, and repeatable content patterns behind the work, then made that framework available to both the marketing and sales teams.
When the sales team had a specific need, they could give our AI system the relevant audience, product information, and proof points. It could then assemble a polished, on-brand one-pager without requiring the design team to rebuild a familiar format from scratch. That gave sales a faster response while keeping the output aligned with the larger Twindo brand system.
Scanning Best Practices guide
Scan quality drove whether a customer had a good first experience, and it came down to how someone physically moved through a room. That is not a feature problem, it is an instruction-design problem.
This was instruction design combined with brand: finding the most condensed, well-organized way to give someone what they needed to complete a scan successfully, supported by clear images showing how to do it. The sheet was designed as something people would actually use and take into the field with them, rather than a sprawling web page or a twenty-five-slide presentation they would have to revisit before every scan.
Presentation system
A comprehensive presentation template that brought the Twindo brand to life in decks facing prospective leads, while giving the team a flexible system they could adapt without starting from a blank slide.
I developed a broad library of slides that could be slotted into a presentation as needed, covering the product story, workflows, use cases, proof points, pricing, and supporting detail. The system gave sales a consistent narrative and visual foundation while still allowing each deck to reflect the conversation it was built for.
For high-value leads and industry-specific opportunities, I also created a process for replacing selected slides with more relevant messaging, imagery, and examples. AI-assisted workflows made that customization substantially faster, allowing the team to tailor a pitch without rebuilding the entire presentation. This approach connected directly to the broader work documented in AI Production Acceleration.
I then integrated the deck template into Claude and Claude Design as part of a company-wide system. People throughout the organization could use it to create on-brand presentations while staying within the established slide structures, visual language, and messaging framework. That expanded access without sacrificing the consistency the template was designed to protect.
